About the Role

Role Description

As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by generating, fostering, and closing new partnerships with LifeScience biotech, and Pharmaceutical Sponsors. You will identify and engage potential partners, build strong relationships, and untimely obtained contracts for TMEPS. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our business development efforts in the clinical Research trial management space.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive new partnerships with biotech  and Pharmaceutical Sponsors for clinical trial recruitment.
* Identify and target potential  LifeScience biotech, and Pharmaceutical Sponsors, assessing their clinical trial management needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers  LifeScience biotech, and Pharmaceutical companies, fostering trust and collaboration.

* Lead negotiations and close partnership agreements with biotech and  Pharmaceutical Sponsors, including defining terms, pricing, and expectations.
* Monitor market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting the strategy accordingly.
* Provide regular reports and updates on business development progress to senior leadership.

* Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead
* Identify sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts for Business Developers
* Identify and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
* Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
* Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
* Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email
* Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into leads for Business Developers
* Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
* Prepare sales / business development reports
* Attend periodic sales training where applicable
* Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position

Inside Sales Rep - Requirements:
* University or college degree in marketing, business, medical or clinical research related discipline, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
* One to two years of direct work experience in a sales capacity
* Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
* Knowledge of sales principles, methods, and practices,

Requirements

This is an uncapped commission based postion. Consultant can earn over $100000 depending on contracts they obtained for the firm.


BD-Outside Sales Consultant - Requirements:

  • University or college degree in marketing, business, medical or clinical research related discipline, or an acceptable combination of education and experience

  • One to two years of direct work experience in a sales capacity

  • Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management

  • Knowledge of sales principles, methods, and practices.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
